    Managing an expanding portfolio of in the region of 60,000 leasehold properties across the UK, we act for both Freeholders and Residents' Management Companies. Our diverse portfolio includes high rise city centre developments, period listed conversions, mixed tenure developments incorporating commercial and social housing, together with private residential units and even a marina development. In addition to managing apartment schemes, we are increasingly being asked to carry out estate management for housing developments. Our services include:

    We are actively involved in working with property developers and have a specialist team who work closely with the UK's leading house builders, providing advice on appropriate management strategy of new schemes together with service charge estimates. They are also able to provide advice on the creation and sale of freehold ground rent reversions.
